For the record, we’re not Pollyannas. We really don’t love every brewery we visit. It seems that way because, normally, if the beer’s not great, the brewery doesn’t make the video.
But that’s unusual. We do our homework, very carefully. And for the most part, we just don’t bother visiting breweries that don’t make really good beer. Who has the time and money for that?
